Fair rules, stated plainly. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Digital downloads

If a file is faulty or not as described, we will fix it or refund you - your choice. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not refund a file that works as described. Your legal consumer rights are not affected.

Domains

A registered domain cannot be refunded, because registration is immediate and paid to the registry. Check the spelling carefully before you buy.

Hosting

Email [email protected] and we will look at your case fairly, based on how much of the term you have used.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number if you have one, or the email you used to buy. We answer within two working days, usually faster. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from.

If we cannot agree

You keep your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including the right to approach the relevant ombud or regulator.
